Return and Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. This policy outlines the simple process for returning a product and receiving a refund.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • Accepting Country: We currently accept returns and exchanges for orders shipped within India.
  • Return Reasons: We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.
  • Exchanges: Yes, we accept exchanges for eligible items.

2. Condition & Timeframe

  • Return Window: You can raise a return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Product Condition: The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging intact. We accept items in "New and slightly used" condition as you received them.

3. Return Process & Method

How to Initiate:

  • Log in to your account onwww.akshatsapphire.com.
  • Go to My Account > My Orders > Refund/Return.
  • Submit the request. We will promptly approve it.

Return Method: The customer is responsible for dispatching the product back to us by mail. Please ensure the item is securely packed.

4. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: Once your return is received and it passes our quality check (QC) at the warehouse, we will process your refund. The refund will be processed within 3 days of approval.
  • Deductions: Akshat Sapphire does not deduct any amount. There are no restocking fees. The full order amount will be refunded.

Refund Method:

  • For Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card) within a certain number of days (as per your bank's policy).
  • For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: The refund amount will be transferred to your Akshat Sapphire customer wallet. You can withdraw this amount from your wallet at any time.

5. Communication

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification about its receipt and the approval or rejection of your refund.
